DELIVERY & RETURNS
We aim to dispatch orders within 72 working hours. New Zealand orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days.
Please email us to process an exchange or return a faulty item. Customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless faulty). Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review of the returned product. Returns must be sent back to us within 30 days. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item (except in the case of a faulty product). Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the package until we receive it. Please keep in mind that every Kona's Carpet Cleaner handle is different due to the natural wood that is used (which is stated on the product listing) and you will not be refunded for a handle that is different than the photographs.
Refunds will only be given for faulty products. Before a refund can be processed the faulty product needs to be returned to be assessed. You may also email us a photograph beforehand to explain and record the issue.
