Shipping & Returns


New Zealand
New Zealand orders incur a flat rate fee of $5.00 excluding rural deliveries. Rural deliveries incur a shipping fee of $10.00. Please make sure to select Rural at checkout or your order may not be processed and delivered correctly. In this case, your order will not refunded if lost. 


We currently only ship within New Zealand. Please follow us on Instagram and/or Facebook to stay up to date with the latest information. This may change in the future. If you're serious about getting one of our products shipped internationally, please email us to discuss options.


We aim to dispatch orders within 72 working hours. New Zealand orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days.

Please email us to process an exchange or return a faulty item. Customised items are non-returnable and non-refundable (unless faulty). Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review of the returned product. Returns must be sent back to us within 30 daysYou will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item (except in the case of a faulty product). Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the package until we receive it. Please keep in mind that every Kona's Carpet Cleaner handle is different due to the natural wood that is used (which is stated on the product listing) and you will not be refunded for a handle that is different than the photographs.

Refunds will only be given for faulty products. Before a refund can be processed the faulty product needs to be returned to be assessed. You may also email us a photograph beforehand to explain and record the issue.
Our refund policy for faulty products lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

Sale items cannot be exchanged and all sales are final.
